Returns and Refunds



You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any sealed products must be in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and unused. Any Individual cards must be returned in the same condition they where received as listed on the page.

'If your return is accepted, a return label will be sent to you. You will be responsible for any return costs and making sure the items are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or any items that have signs of tampering such as glue/reseals or any damage to the items will result in them not being accepted. Please ensure the return is well packaged.

Damages and issues

Please check all of the items received for any damage and to ensure the correct product has been received. If there are any issues please contact us on support@pokenazcards.co.uk and we will endeavour to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items with factory defects such as miscuts, printing errors, interior damage to products such as bends that are out of our control are not eligible for a return/refund 

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As the products we sell have a limited print run, we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange an item for the exact same product. If you would like to exchange for the same product please contact us directly through either email or social media for a faster response so we can confirm availability and reserve the item for you.

Cancel Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled at anytime up until the order has been shipped. We aim to ship pre-orders one day before the release date, so please keep that in mind when trying to cancel an order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, will advise you if the return has been accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 working days for your bank/credit card to process the refund.
